Miscellaneous Fees

The City Clerks office is responsible for issuing permits and collecting fees for those permits. Listed below are the various fees and an associated forms that may be printed. Complete the form and bring it to the City Clerk's office to obtain your permit.

Adult Entertainment Application

Please print the document below, complete and bring it into the Clerks Office to apply for an Adult Entertainment license.

An annual fee of $250. is required at time of application.

Amusement Distributors License Application

Please print the document below, complete and bring it into the Clerks Office to apply for an Amusement Distributors License.

An annual fee of $100. is required at time of application.

Amusement Device License Application

Please print the document below, complete and bring it into the Clerks Office to apply for an Amusement Device License. This is required for all video games, pool tables, dart games, etc.

An annual fee of $50. per machine is required at time of application.

Cemetery Lot Purchase

You may purchase a Lot in the City Cemetery for $400 a plot. Please see the City Clerk to complete the purchase.

Please print the document below, complete and bring it into the Clerks Office to apply for a Pawn Shop License.

The annual fee for a Pawn Brokers license is $101.50.
